It will be kinda cool if we had a pop-up for new message like - {Pop-up}"You have a new PM"

I don't like pop up messages for two main reasons.
Firstly, I won't always want to see the PM immediately. Sometimes I want to do something before it. In this case, the pop up message is really annoying because I need to close it first before proceeding to the desired area.
Secondly, I feel untidy with the pop up message around.
