An unknown race has build up a Global Communication System.

perhaps the other players haven't gone online or haven't seen the game?
one can also be too lazy to start the game as they need to fill some information about the race... it actually takes under 4 minutes, because 3 minutes is to read the instruction, and writing the registration would take about 15-30 seconds.

A new race has been discovered!
Race Name: MasterChief
We fought our way through all enemies. We destroyed them and constructed our area over them.
Eventually we got stronger and stronger and now we are the strongest race in the Space.

Weekly Tips #1
Everything can be scanned in your home planet.
The data will then be shared with everyone in the GCS Database.
The founder will have their names put in the GCS Database and earn @ for the discovery! (@ = currency)
Discovering new resources will be rewarded 5x the normal price of the resource.
Artifacts can only be scanned if you have a complete set. Gather all artifacts of a set to gain a big reward! Note: There is only one of each kind of artifacts. You can trade artifacts with other players to complete sets --> demand other players' artifacts by communicating through PM or using the GCS (Global Communication System)
