Wait... what?? the skills don't have any cooldown so it will be used in each attack? +15 damage is really nice xD , it's 150% damage bonus oO . I must buy it quick .

No. And it means Zip do 15 damage plus the bonus of the weapon. Alay must
fix the +damage to damage, because maybe he thinks that's kind of weapon.
